The managing director of our company is a Registered Nurse (RN) with vast experience in Community and clinical Nursing. Direct Care Assistance aims to provide quality community care services with well experienced staffs including Registered Nurses, qualified Support Workers and other qualified health care professionals. All of our staffs are expert in their field and have plenty nursing experience.
Direct Care Assistant work with NDIS Participants who are a mix of management types including: Agency Managed (by the NDIA), Self-managed and Plan Managed (by a Registered NDIS Plan Manager). We are passionate about providing genuine and caring assistance that you can depend on. We pride ourselves on being a person-centred care organisation first and foremost. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve our services to better support you.
All staff have undergone a current criminal history check, and current qualifications in first aid and CPR, manual handling training, and workplace, health & safety training.

Sabina is a Registered Nurse and has over 9 years of experience in the disability and community nursing sector. Throughout her career, Sabina has supported many participants from diverse backgrounds and helped them achieve their goals. Sabina has extensive experience in creating customized plans for participants by working with a team of carers, school teachers, allied health professional, and doctors. Sabina is highly driven about people being able to access quality services to suit their individual needs. As a director, Sabina is responsible for leading Direct Care Assistance and growing the organisation as a trusted community service provider.
